Internet as a distributed studio for aggregation of the “best-of” community content for digital “syndication.”
Requires community-based, multi-stakeholder mediating organizations within state/national context.
Studio would enable timely submission of community information into a standards-based database system that includes digital text (HTML, XML), images, audio, and video.

2. Online Newswire - Distribution through multiple commercial web sites (two-way connection environment). Competitors provide value-added access via high traffic community sites.
3. Multi-tech Access - Including telephone and text to speech options provided by the “studio.”
